Prepay the credit card

  • prepay the credit card can be used for accommodations with check-in up to 90 days in advance.
  • When you use the prepay the credit card, settlement processing is carried out by transmitting settlement information to each credit card company through "PayPal"or"coiney corporation".Therefore, the payment amount may be withdrawn from the credit card company before the staying date.The closing date of the settlement and the debit date are different for each credit card company, so please contact your credit card company for details.
  • We will send you a WEB page screen to enter your credit card information to your email, so please enter your card information. All card information is encrypted and communicated.
  • In case of cancellation of card payment reservation by 7 days before check-in, 50% refund will be made about the amount of money settled in advance.
  • Initially we will charge the cancellation process for the cancellation fee by the cancellation policy. After confirming payment processing, we will cancel the cancellation of the full amount of advance settlement amount. The date of refunding the advance settlement amount is depending on the card Company. please contact the card company you use for details.

    The date of billing settlement and the date of refund settlement may be shifted.Please note.

 

事前カード決済

  • 事前カード決済は、最大で90日先までにチェックインがなされるご宿泊についてご利用いただけます。
  • 事前カード決済の利用手続をしていただくと、「コイニー株式会社」又は「PayPal」を通じて各クレジットカード会社に決済情報が送信されることにより、決済処理が行われます。そのため、ご宿泊日より前にクレジットカード会社から決済金額の引き落としが発生する場合があります。 決済の締日や引き落とし日は各クレジットカード会社により異なりますので、詳しくはご利用のクレジットカード会社にお尋ねください。
  • お客様のemail宛にクレジットカード情報を入力するWEBページ画面を送信致しますのでカード情報を入力してください。（カード情報は全て暗号化して通信しております。）
  • カード決済の予約をキャンセルした場合チェックインの７日前迄は、事前に決済をしている金額について、50％返金致します。
  • 先ずキャンセルポリシーによりキャンセル料の請求処理をお客様に請求致します。決済処理確認後に事前決済金額全額の取り消し処理を行います。事前決済金額返金のタイミングはカード会社により異なりますので、詳しくはご利用のカード会社にお尋ねください。請求のタイミングと返金のタイミングがずれることがあります。予めご了承ください。
